The FTLS virtual classroom instructor-led training offers an interactive online learning experience, led by an expert instructor who guides participants in real-time, promoting engagement and collaboration.

Are there any special requirements for online training?

Just a reliable internet connection, camera, and microphone for video conferencing. A second monitor can be helpful but is not critical. We can use your organisation's preferred video conferencing software to ensure a smooth experience.

What is a community site?

An FTLS community site is an exclusive space for customers who have purchased courses or products with community access. It provides post-course support for content-related questions during exam preparation. Instructions to set up your account will be sent via email, and access is available through the 'Communities' menu item on the FTLS website.

Can I organise a private session for my team?

For group bookings of 5 or more, we can arrange a private session on a specific date tailored to your needs. Contact us to explore options.

Can I book / attend from another country?

Yes, absolutely! You can join from anywhere—just note that session times are in AEST, courses are delivered in English and payments are in AUD.

Does it matter where I live to take the exam?

What happens once I place my order?

After receiving your order and payment, we’ll confirm the date and time via email within 5 business days. A link for the training session will be emailed to you one week before the scheduled date.
